One member of school staff to support each session, completing and submitting the relevant booking form and ensuring that all students attend all sessions.

If the school has chosen live, remote delivery, the lead teacher will need to host the session on the schools preferred online platform.

LifeSkills created with Barclays is a fully funded employability programme that is designed to respond to the specific needs of your school and help support you reach a number of Gatsby benchmarks.

We offer a flexible delivery model which includes three different options, all of which can be adapted to suit your needs and situation. These options are in-person, virtual or a combination of both.

Topics that can be covered include CV writing, interview techniques, developing an enterprising mindset, in addition to opportunities to develop core transferable skills, such as problem solving, creativity, and being proactive.

The end result will be to build a cohort of confident and capable students, furnished with the knowledge they need to make the transition from education to the job market.
