ABM Junior Engineering Engagement Programme (JEEP)

JEEP changes perceptions of the facilities management industry.

It highlights to students what a career in facilities management and engineering might look like, and opens their eyes to the variety of STEM-based career paths available.

What's involved?

The programme has a particular focus on apprenticeships.

Taking place in school, across three full days, JEEP involves students conducting experiments and activities around different aspects of engineering and facilities management, including heating, cooling, ventilation, motors, sustainability and electricity.

Your students will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on STEM activities, work towards a final project and develop problem-solving skills.

Who's this suitable for?

This programme is available to Year 7 (KS3) students.

Following confirmation of booking, the school should ensure that adequate numbers of staff are present during the workshop, and that the agreed number of students take part.
