The need for The Talent Foundry
We treat social value as a significant requirement rather than a ‘nice to have’, and we welcome the fact that businesses are increasingly recognising the benefits of finding diverse talent to join their workforce and power their future success.
Not only does this help promote creativity and inclusivity in workplace culture, but it also allows organisations to reflect the ever-increasing diversity of their customer bases, which is crucial to business success.

There remain serious gaps in socio-economic diversity across UK plc, and thousands of talented, brilliant young people from underserved areas are still not afforded the opportunity to realise their potential.
We are well-placed to help meet this need through our extensive and well-established network of over 1,900 mainstream UK secondary schools, providing our partners an invaluable pipeline of untapped talent that is geographically, demographically and ethnically diverse.

How we can help
This is the third year I've taken part in a Talent Foundry programme – it’s the kind of opportunity that I think would have benefited me at their age, it’s very rewarding talking and working with the students, seeing how they think, and how naturally technology comes to them when they are creating their presentations and brainstorming their ideas
Young people are at the heart of everything we do, and our partnerships aim first and foremost to ensure we reach the young people that really need our support the most.
All our programmes are co-created with our partners and delivered to young people by professional Talent Foundry facilitators who have a wealth of experience engaging with schools, teachers and students across the UK.
Everything we offer is bespoke and responds to the needs of both the young people and the needs of business.
