Our impact
I originally had doubts. Even now, the talk of the future makes my heart ache, but these sessions quelled that uncertainty. I had meaningful conversations with volunteers and learned what it may be like to work in the industry I’m interested in.
We see talent every day. Yet, the opportunity to harness and develop talent is not accessible to all, or available in every community.
By fundraising for The Talent Foundry, you are reducing the multiple barriers young people across the country face, enabling them to reach their full potential in education and work.
Highlights from 2023
The work of The Talent Foundry to drive social mobility among young people from disadvantaged backgrounds is fantastic. By nurturing what they are good at, then supporting them with employment opportunities, TTF makes a huge difference in helping young people get the best possible start towards reaching their full potential in life.
Ways to support our work
Choosing to raise funds for The Talent Foundry means you will help young people in underserved communities build their skills and confidence and think positively about their future.
- Donate – it’s safe and easy to do this through our Justgiving portal.
- Fundraise – as a team or individual, speak to us about taking part in a challenge or organising an event in aid of The Talent Foundry.
- Provide services – use your skills and donate pro-bono services to support our capacity and infrastructure.
- Volunteer – having role models join our workshops in-real-life, gives young people a new perspective on what the world of work is like. They can visualise themselves in those roles or organisations in the future. Talk to us about our volunteer opportunities.
