Deep Impact is designed to inspire and equip young people with the skills and confidence they need for their future careers.
What's involved?
This programme will be held at Barclays’ offices in London, Northampton and Radbrook across four dates during the 2024-25 academic year (dates TBC).
Students will attend 4 workshops, consisting of small group coaching and interactive workshops.

Who's this suitable for?
This programme is available to Year 12 students from a Pakistani, Bangladeshi or Black background.
The programme is targeted at those students who have lower levels of confidence and face significant disadvantages. As such, we are asking schools to share some information about the students they are putting forward, and why they think these students would benefit.
