Facilitate Now
Facilitate Now changes perceptions of the facilities management industry.
It provides students with a unique perspective on the unseen careers that shape our daily lives - roles in facilities management, environmental sustainability, engineering, security, and more.
What's involved?
Taking place in school, across two full days, Facilitate Now involves students working in teams to create and manage their own town, considering essential services like built environment, safety, sustainability, and community accessibility.
Across 2 workshops, they will explore the responsibilities of Facilities Managers and gain insights into diverse career paths in this field. Each team will manage their town’s development - from budgeting for facilities to planning for workforce needs. They’ll be challenged to make critical decisions, communicate ideas, solve problems, and justify their choices.
