This year we are working with our industry partners to offer over 20 skills and confidence-boosting programmes to young people in underserved communities.

Teachers can book a free workshop with one of our inspirational facilitators as well as support from our industry volunteers to help students discover what they are amazing at, and prepare them for the world of work.

The Talent Foundry team offers career insights and skills building opportunities across financial services, railways, healthcare, technology, construction, data science and asset management.
