“My favourite part is speaking to all of the mentors and finding out about their experiences and how they’ve ended up in their role, and just really picking their brains and learning about their knowledge.”

Caiden, one of the amazing young people that took part in the Severn Trent FLOW programme, learnt about new career pathways and became empowered to explore new career opportunities.

We introduced Caiden to professional mentors, who shared their experience and offered tailored advice to all the young people on ways to build a fulfilling future.
