Embarking on a career journey can be both exciting and daunting, especially when it comes to securing coveted apprenticeships. We recognise the importance of providing students with the tools they need to navigate this crucial phase with our Bridge to M&G programme.

Tailored for students in Year 13 or S5/6, this bespoke workshop and coaching programme is designed to prepare them for the apprenticeship application process with M&G plc.

Bridge to M&G comprises three immersive workshops hosted onsite at M&G offices and one virtual session. During these sessions, students explore the intricacies of the application process, learning directly from M&G colleagues and gaining insights from current apprentices. The programme has a hands-on approach, providing students with real-world experiences.
