Thousands of young people across the country are missing out on the bright futures they deserve, just because of where they were born and grew. up. At The Talent Foundry, we believe in the huge potential of young people, where their background does not define their future.

But right now, their talent is being overlooked, and too many opportunities are out of reach for too many.

Our fully-funded programmes help young people from underserved communities discover what they are amazing at, develop valuable employment skills, and prepare for the world of work. Through connections with employers, we build their confidence and professional networks. Together, we create engaging and unforgettable experiences. Most importantly, we show them what incredible talents they already have.

This is how far your money could go!

• £6 – could pay for lunch during one of our insight days or work experience weeks; something many of those we work with cannot afford to do.

• £27 – could support a young person to work with a mentor to build their confidence in writing their CV or practice their interview skills to apply for further education or employment.

• £250 – could support 10 young people develop teamwork and problem-solving skills through an inspiring employability workshop.
